Installing the Sliding Work Table
1. Locate the sliding work table stop on the saw
frame. Using the supplied hex wrench, remove this
stop and set aside (Fig. 5).

2. Locate the wheels of the sliding work table, align
them with the rails and slide the table on. All wheels
should contact the rails and the sliding work table
should slide smoothly backward and forward.
3. Reinstall the sliding work table stop using the sup-
plied hex wrench.
Installing the Extension Water Trays
NOTE: To properly install the extension water trays,
first install the Side Extension Water Trays, followed
by the Rear Extension Water Tray.
Side Extension Water Trays:
1. Install Part A by aligning the tray up with the two
tabs located on the right side of the saw frame
(Fig. 6.) Tilt Part A up to a 15° angle, until the tray
slides under the two tabs.
2. Once properly aligned, lower the tray and it will
lock into place under the tabs (Fig. 7).

3. Install Part B by aligning the two tabs of the tray
with the slots on the back edges of Part A. Once
aligned, tilt Part B tabs at an angle until it slides
into Part A slots and lower so Part B is in line with
Part A for proper water flow.
Rear Extension Water Tray:
Align the extension water tray with the two slots lo-
cated at the end of the rails toward the back of the
tool and slide into place (Fig. 8).
Installing the Extension Table
Align the extension table with the two rectangular
shaped slots on the right side of the Sliding Work
Table. (See Figures 9 & 10.)
Tilt the extension table to 45° and slide the extension
table into the slots. Once within, lower the extension
table in line and make sure the extension table is
securely in place.
