The following table contains tips on how to deal with minor problems yourself:

Check that the power plug is inserted properly in the wall
socket.
• Is the dust collector full?
Empty the dust collector.
• Is the dust filter heavily soiled?
Clean the filter and leave to dry for 24 hours.
• Is the suction opening or nozzle blocked?
Unplug and remove the blockage.
• Is the dust collector full?
Empty the dust collector.
• Has the dust filter not been inserted properly?
Press the dust filter firmly into the dust collector so it
fits closely all-round the wall of the housing.
When the appliance is used for the first time, it is normal
for it to smell new: this will disappear over time.
