Issue 01 (2014-09-10)
The phone does not support the file format.
The phone memory is insufficient.
The file has corrupted.
The file is copyright-protected (for example, a .dcf file).
The phone does not have sufficient resources. Close some third-party applications, and
try again.
In rare cases, unknown errors may occur in the phone's operating system or applications.
Restart the phone and try again.
Photos and videos captured by your phone are saved to the microSD card. If no microSD
card is available, they will be saved to the phone storage.
When the save location is the phone storage, you can touch File Manager > Internal >
DCIM > Camera to find your photos and videos.
When the save location is the microSD card, you can touch File Manager > SD card >
DCIM > Camera to find your photos and videos.
To edit a photo, touch the menu key. You will then be able to rotate (left or right), cut, or
edit the photo.
Videos cannot be edited.
