Open your browser, access any website, and touch the menu key. From the displayed option
menu, choose Share page. In the displayed dialog box, touch Bluetooth.
To share contacts, go to Contacts and touch the menu key. Select the contacts you want to
share, and touch SHARE then Bluetooth.

Why?


Issue 01 (2014-09-10)
Bluetooth has been turned off on your phone.
Go to Settings. Turn on Bluetooth.
The Bluetooth is turned on, but your phone is not set to be visible to all devices.
Go to Settings and touch Bluetooth. On the Bluetooth screen, touch your device name
to set your device to be visible to all nearby Bluetooth devices.
