8. Open the MultiNet setup program and follow the procedure detailed within the
CONFIGURATION section. For this example use the IP address of 192.168.1.2, subnet
of 255.255.255.0 and a gateway of 192.168.1.1.
9. Once the configuration of the MultiNet device is complete, return the laptop to its
previous settings using the recorded values from step 5. If the MultiNet device was
configured properly, communications may be tested on the connected network using
EnerVista, as shown in the first example.
