Entering text
Different phones sometimes use different ways
of entering text, but it doesn't take long to get
used to it.
Switching text entry modes
• Pressing the # key scrolls through the predictive text
[ ] and multitap [
different upper and lower case options, and number mode [123].
Predictive text
• If you're happy with a word or letter combination, press the
navigation key u to OK it.
• To see the other word or letter options, press the

* key.
Symbols and numbers

• Press the key for commonly-used symbols. For more symbols,
press *.
• Press the 0 key for a space.
• Press and hold a number key to enter that number.
• Press Options for a further text option menu.
