Test Method and Description
Check whether the phone vibrator vibrates at a
specific frequency. If not, mark the phone as a
defective product. If the phone passes the test, press
the volume down key to test the next item. If there is
no vibration or bad/weak vibration (with noise), mark
it as a defective product, and further inspect it
according to quality criteria.
Check that the speaker displays audio clearly without
issues of weak sound, noise, or distorted sound.
If the phone passes the test, press the volume down
key to test the next item. Place the phone 15 cm away
from your ear and do not block the speaker.
If the receiver delivers soft and clear sound, the test
item passes.
Press the volume down key to start the next test.
