10.2 Restarts and Screen Freezing

Symptom

After you press and hold the power key, the phone repeatedly restarts and cannot display
the Home screen.

After you press and hold the power key, the phone freezes at the Huawei logo screen and
cannot display the Home screen.
Solution
Check the power-on current of the phone. If the current is between 80–350 mA, forcibly
upgrade the phone. If the current exceeds 500 mA, replace the PCBA.
