Using the Batteries (Continued)
Charging with TTA-certified standard 24-pin charger
Open the cover of the external connector port, and
connect the charger adapter.
Connect the TTA-certified standard 24-pin charger to the
charger adapter.
Connect the power plug of the TTA-certified standard 24
charger to the receptacle.
• Red: charging, Green: Charging complete.

• When lamp blinks in red.
- The charging terminal is not in good contact.
Check if the battery is clean and check the connection sta
tus of the charger before trying to charge the battery again.
- Battery or the other accessories may be damaged.
Contact the service center.
• When lamp is orange.
Battery is being charged in a place too hot or too cold.
When the temperature returns to normal, the lamp turns red
and begins charging again.
- If it is too hot or too cold, the phone automatically stops charging,
and the perimeter of the icon becomes red (
).
If the tempera ture returns to a room temperature, battery will start
charging again.

Charging time may increase if the rated voltage of the charger
is low.
If you use the phone while charging, there is a risk of electric shock

voltage.

The Bluetooth function requires more battery power.
More power is used during a call or while NATE, ⓜPlayon, MP3, TV
(TDMB) is being used. The longer the call time, the shorter standby
time gets.
Receiving a call will consume as much battery as making a call.
Standby time may get shorter in out-of-service area.
Operating time may vary depending on the charge status,
tempera ture (high/low), wave status in the surrounding and the
lighting.

Low battery

If a battery is low the low voltage alarm is on and (
) icon
will flicker
When the battery is low, functions may not be able to operate.
Charge the phone immediately.
