Troubleshooting

Nothing is displayed on the screen
• Check the battery
No antenna bar is displayed on the screen
• Move to other place and then attempt a call again.
An intermittent warning tone is heard when you place a call.
• There is no call channel or no signal exchanged with a
base station. Hang up the phone, and try again.
Battery operating time does not comply with the User Manual
• The battery operating time reduces slowly as the battery
repeats charging and discharging. The operating time
reduces rapidly if the battery is left in a cold or hot place
for a long time.
Malfunction or failure to turn on the power
• When the signal strength for TDMB is weak, buffering
may occur. Move to another place and try watching again.
