The battery strength indicator icon, found on your phone's display
screen, shows the charge amount remaining in the battery.

A short, chirp-like sound indicates a low battery. The icon flashes when
you have 5 minutes of talk time remaining.

Extend the antenna.

As your phone connects to the Nextel National
Network, you will see a "Welcome to Nextel"
message and a connecting message. When
Phone Ready appears on the display, you are
ready to use your i500plus phone!
Phone Off
Press and hold f until you see the message Powering Off.
