7.2 Changing the filter pad
The following devices have a filter pad:
● SCALANCE XR528-6M
● SCALANCE XR552-12M
NOTICE
Damage to the device due to inadequate ventilation
A badly contaminated filter reduces air flow and can cause the device to be damaged.
Check the degree of contamination of the filter regularly and clean or replace the filter mat
as necessary.
Procedure
Follow the steps below to replace the filter pad:
1. Unlock the door in the housing by pushing the catch to the right with a slotted screwdriver

2. Open the door in the housing
