Measuring Hints

• If the chlorine concentration is typically less than 2 mg/L, use the low range
procedure.
• Analyze samples immediately. Do not use plastic containers to collect samples.
For best results, dedicate a set of sample cells to each test (free and total).
• If the sample temporarily turns yellow after reagent addition or shows
overrange (page
