Installing the Seat to the
Seat Pan
Machines Shipped in a Steel Crate
Only
Parts needed for this procedure:
2 Shoulder bolt (seats without a detached cushion only)
1 Seat (seats without a detached cushion only)
2 Hex bolt
2 Washer
1
Seat pan
1 Seat assembly (seats with a detached cushion only)
1 Bottom cushion (seats with a detached cushion only)
2 Flange-hex bolt (seats with a detached cushion only)
Procedure
1. If the seat does not have a detached cushion,
install the seat to the seat pan using 2 shoulder
bolts, 2 hex bolts, and 2 washers.
1. Shoulder bolt (2)
2. If the seat does have a detached cushion,
continue as follows:
A. Install the bottom cushion to the seat
assembly using 2 flange-hex bolts
