Brief guide to the function matrix

The function matrix is a two-level construct: the function groups form one level and the groups'
functions the other.
The groups are the highest-level grouping of the control options for the measuring device. A number
of functions is assigned to each group. You select a group in order to access the individual functions
for operating and configuring the measuring device.
HOME position → F → Enter the function matrix

Select a function group (e.g. OPERATION)
3.
Select a function (e.g. LANGUAGE)
Change parameter / enter numerical values:
P → Select or enter enable code, parameters, numerical values
F → Save your entries
4.
Exit the function matrix:
– Press and hold down the Esc key (X) for more than 3 seconds → HOME position
– Repeatedly press Esc key (X) → Return step by step to HOME position
