HOW TO ASSEMBLE AND USE The Power Vac comes with a 18V rechargeable battery that must be charged initially for 24 hours prior to operating for the first time and 12 hours thereafter. 1) The Storage Unit is also the Recharge Stand and has a Charging Hole for the Charging Jack to lock into place. Main Body Hook 2) Place the Charging Jack in beneath the Storage Stand into the Charging Hole. 3) Twist the Charging Jack to the left to lock into the Charging Hole. 4) To Place the Power Vac onto the Recharge / Storage Unit, sliding the Main Body onto Main Body Hook, as indicated on the above picture. 5) While sliding the Power Vac onto the main body hook, the main body must also clip onto the Charging Jack. ACCESSORIES 1) The Floor Brush, Flexible Crevice Tool or Interchangeable Brush and Upholstery tool can be attached directly onto the Dust Container or on the end of the Extension Tubes. 2) To use the extension tubes, you may choose to utilize all three tubes for a longer extension or only one or two tubes for shorter extensions. MAINTENANCE 1) Ensure that the Dust Filter is fitted in the Dust Container correctly. Never use the Power Vac without the Dust Filter, as this will damage the motor. 2) Press the Dust Container Release Button to unclip the Dust Container from the Main Body. ...

5) The Storage Unit can be wall mounted for user convenience. Drill three holes as shown below in the chosen position of the wall. Insert the rivets then fix the stand to wall with the three screws provided. NOTE: To mount on Hollow Plaster Walls, you may require using a special rivet suitable to your type of wall (not included) available from all good hardware stores. 6) Never open the battery compartment. If required to do so, care should be taken and we suggest that you contact the distributor for further instruction. 7) The battery contains nickel metal hydride (NiMH) and must be disposed of properly.
