Liquid and solid particles must not enter the pump. Install the adequate filters, separators and/or condensers. In case of doubt consult Leybold. The intake line of the pump must never be connected to a device with over atmospheric pressure. Design the exhaust line so that no pressure higher than 1,15 bar abs.
