Alert Messages (Displayed on the Control Panel)

Message
"Add Toner"
"Change (Tray name) to the
following settings:"
"Do you want to continue
printing by changing an
included Adobe font?"
"Ethernet Board Error"
"Load paper in" (Tray
name).
Cause
The toner has run out. Replace the
print cartridge.
The size of the paper in the tray
does not match the paper size
specified in the printer driver.
The print data contains data that
cannot be printed.
An error has occurred in the
Ethernet interface.
The printer driver settings are
incorrect or the tray does not
contain paper of the size selected
in the printer driver.
When Messages Are Displayed
Solution
For details, see "Replacing the
Print Cartridge", Operating
Instructions.
Select a tray containing paper
that is the same size as the
specified paper size.
• Press [continue] to execute
printing. Alternatively, press
[Job Reset] to cancel
printing.
Turn the main power switch off
and then back on again. If the
message appears again, contact
your service representative.
Check that the printer driver
settings are correct, and then load
paper of the size selected in the
printer driver into the input tray.
