4. Install:
• Throttle cable seal
Installing steps:
• Install the throttle cable end into the throt-
tle lever.
• Fit the seal 1 into the groove in the
bracket as shown.
• Pull the throttle cable 2 in the direction of
the arrow shown in the illustration, and
then fit the end of the seal 3 around
inner cable.
• Turn the adjuster 4 in/out until the speci-
fied free play is obtained.
Throttle lever free play a:
4–7mm (0.16–0.28 in)
Turn in
Turn out
• Tighten the lock nut 5.
