For Gothic NLQ font underlined:
ESC [4;13m
To cancel underlining and retain Gothic NLQ
send one of the following:
ESC [;13m
ESC [0m
ESC [0;13m
ESC [;m

Sets line spacing (p1) and character spacing or pitch (p2) in
decipoints.
Values outside the range of a particular font will be ignored.
Commonly used line spacings are listed in Table 5 and Table 6.
