To replace the M.2 solid-state drive, do the following:
1. Turn off the computer and disconnect it from ac power and all cables.
2. Close the computer display and turn the computer over.
3. Remove the removable battery. See "Replacing the removable battery" on page 95.
4. Remove the bottom cover. See "Replacing the bottom cover" on page 98.
5. Remove the M.2 solid-state drive by doing the following:
a. Remove the screw that secures the M.2 solid-state drive
b. Open the film and keep it fully open
c. Carefully remove the M.2 solid-state drive out of the slot
6. Install a new M.2 solid-state drive by doing the following:
a. Open the film and keep it fully open
b. Align the contact edge of the new M.2 solid-state drive with the key in the slot
insert the new drive into the slot at an angle of about 20 degrees.
c. Pivot the M.2 solid-state drive downward
