3. Start the machine, press down one of firepower setting button; increasing flame means max.,
otherwise, means min.
Notes for adjustment:
1. Install gas water heater and connect all water pipes and gas pipes.
2. Loosen bolts at pressure measuring points, connect the first and second pressure gauges.
3. Following the sequences below to adjust parameters:
·Plug in power plug, press down the power switch on operation panel, LCD crystal display
screen indicates 42°C for 3 second and then displays actual water temperature.
·Turn on gas valve and water valve, the water heater starts working; please ensure successful
ignition; press down the min. current checking button on base plate (the main panel is locked
on the position of min. current of proportional valve), and then intake gas pressure to standard
pressure and check and adjust the min. potentiometer VR2 of base plate and make sure
secondary pressure is the one corresponding to its gas source.
·Press down the max. current checking button on base plate (the main panel is locked on the
position of max. current of proportional valve), and then intake gas pressure to standard
pressure and check and adjust the max. potentiometer VR1 of base plate and make sure
secondary pressure is the one corresponding to its gas source. Refer to items in 3.1 here for
specific parameters.
4. Turn off power switch and reset the machine after setting; press down the max. and min. current
checking buttons on base plate and set intake gas pressure to its standard value. And then check if
the pressure is in accord with 3.1; if not, set the pressure as per relevant requirements.
5. Tighten the bolts at pressure measuring points after setting, check its tightness and make sure
there's no gas leakage.
