Controller Description and Connections
Digital input connector:
Provides access to the 16
inputs. Inputs are numbered
1 through 16.
Power connector: Provides
24 VDC to the controller.
Power indicator: This light
is lit when the power is on
whether or not the
controller is in operation. It
also indicates that the logic
supply is present.
Status light: Indicates
software or hardware
faults. Refer to the section
Status Light Description for
additional information.
Led indicators: Each
digital input and output has
an LED indicator. An LED
indicator lights up when its
associated input or output
is active.
RS-232 channels: Provides
both programming and
data communications via a
personal computer using
Quickstep and CTCMON.

Servo command connector: Provides
access to the analog output for
commanding a servo drive and the relay
outputs for enabling a servo drive.
