Paper is thin or curled
up.
The folding rollers are
dirty.
The folding rollers are
not inserted correctly.
The paper used
is outside the
specifications.
Thicker paper is
folded more slowly.
The fold plates are
not inserted correctly.
Paper tears in certain
places.
The paper feed
rollers are dirty.
The paper is statically
charged.
Solution
Adjust the feeder
using the adjustment
knob.
Do not adjust the
speed during the
folding process.
Clean the folding
rollers.
Position the paper
neatly alongside the
paper guides on the
right and left.
Adjust the paper
feed table using the
adjustment knob.
Correct this using the
adjustment knob.
Replace or turn the
paper (if possible).
Clean the folding
rollers.
Fit the folding rollers
correctly.
Use suitable paper.
Increase the speed
accordingly.
Check the fold plates
and insert them
correctly.
Check where the
damage is and
remove the jammed
paper.
Clean or replace the
paper feed rollers.
