b l o c k t h e v i e w 3 6 0 ° t o t h e h o r i z o n . A i r h o r n s l i g h t s , v e n t s , e t c . . s h o u l d n o t b l o c k t h e a n t e n n a b e y o n d 5 °
a b o v e t h e h o r i z o n .
