1.9.8 Hold time after event assigned to any class: A configurable value of 0 indicates that responses are not delayed due to this parameter.
1.9.9 Retrigger hold time: The hold-time timer may be retriggered for each new event detected (increased possibility of capturing all the
changes in a single response) or not retriggered (giving the master a guaranteed update time).
