CHP.2 OPERATION 2.1 OPERATION CRITERIA WATER TANK Flow meter Flow Return The boiler heats up automatically the water tank in a very short time when the aqua premium turns on. The system keeps the water in the tank at 10°C higher than the set DHW temperature.
When the water tank switch is off, the DHW pump and the two way interception valve are not active, in this situation the boiler operates as a standard instantaneous boiler: HEATING MODE Flow meter Flow Return Flow meter DHW MODE (INSTANTANEOUS) Flow Return ________________________________________________________________________________...

When the water tank switch is on, the DHW pump and the two way interception valve are active, the boiler can utilise the hot water present in the water tank. This process can take place in two ways depending on the water flow to the tap requested by the end user: reduced withdrawal and premium withdrawal.
Page 9
DHW MODE (AQUA PREMIUM WITH ELEVATED WITHDRAWAL) This occurs when the end-user requests a quantity of DHW greater than the quantity permitted by a flow regulator placed after the plate heat exchanger (8l/min for 24kW, 10l/min for 28 Kw and 12l/min for the model with 32 Kw output). By utilising the hot water in the water tank (at higher temperatures) together with the production of domestic hot water produced by the plate heat exchanger of the appliance, the user is in a position to make use of a significant quantity of hot water...

2.3 REGULATION FIELDS The regulation field of the heating temperature is from 35 to 78 °C. To prevent frequent and switching off in the heating mode, the boiler has a 4 minute waiting time between subsequent ignitions. Should water temperature in the system fall below 40°C the waiting time is aborted and the boiler re-ignites.

CHP.7 FLUE GAS SYSTEMS 7.1 COAXIAL PIPES 100/60mm TYPES: C12-C32-C42 The maximum acceptable length of horizontal coaxial pipes is 3 metres; in the presence of each additional bend, maximum acceptable length must be reduced by 1 metre; furthermore, the duct must have a 1% slope toward the exit, in order to avoid the entrance of rain.
7.3 POSITIONING OF TERMINALS For the wall positioning of the discharge terminals of the boiler, in the cases provided for in DPR n° 551 dated 29/12/99, observe the distances indicated in the following table: POSITIONING OF THE TERMINALS – FORCED DRAUGHT (extract from standard UNI 7129) POSITION OF THE TERMINAL Under window...
CHP.8 MAINTENANCE 8.1 STANDARDS AND RECOMMENDATIONS Once a year, by law, maintenance must be carried out on the boiler. Correct maintenance of the boiler allows the same to operate under the best conditions, protects the environment and makes the equipment fully safe for people, animals and property. Maintenance operations on the boiler must be carried out by qualified personnel.
