Maintenance schedule

The following is a list of the maintenance which should be conducted on the machine. For those points not described in this manual,
visit an authorised service workshop.

Maintenance

Cleaning
Clean the air filter.
Clean thoroughly around transmission
Check the engine's oil level
Check the engine's cooling air intake
Check the fuel pump air filter
Check the safety system
Check nuts and screws
Check for fuel and oil leakage.
Clean around the silencer
Start engine and blades, listen for noise
Clean transmission air intake
Lubricate according to lubrication schedule,
see under heading "LUBRICATION"

Change engine oil
Check the cutting deck
Check and adjust the air pressure in the
tyres (100 kPa, 1.0 bar, 14.5 PSI).
Lubricate belt tensioner (nipple)
Lubricate the driver's seat
Lubricate all wires
Lubricate bearing surfaces on cutting unit
Clean inside frame tunnel
Lubricate the pedal system in the frame
tunnel
