The log offset cannot be zero since a log offset of zero is 10 (minus infinity). Since the graphical scale
is actually proportional to the exponent, it is not possible to represent this on paper or on screen.
Because of this problem, Navios software does not allow log offset values of less than 0.1. Numbers
entered in the Logarithmic Offset edit window are clamped at 0.1 if a number less than 0.1 is entered.
