Phone Calls
Setting Voicemail
1. Press the Home Key > > > Settings > Call settings.
2. Tap Voicemail to configure voicemail settings.
• Tap Service to select the voicemail service provider. Your carrier is the default.
• Tap Setup > Voicemail number to edit to view the voicemail number.
• Tap Sound to select the notification ringtone for new voicemails.
• Check Vibrate to enable vibration for notifications.
Setting DTMF Tones
You can set the length of dual-tone multi-frequency (DTMF) signal tones.
1. Press the Home Key > > > Settings > Call settings > DTMF tones.
2. Tap Normal or Long.
Setting Voice Over LTE Preferred
Voice over LTE preferred allows transferring of voice over LTE networks and provides
faster call connections and better call quality.
1. Press the Home Key > > > Settings > Call settings.
2. Tap Voice over LTE preferred to turn this feature on or off.
Forwarding Incoming Calls
The call forwarding feature allows you to forward your incoming calls to another
phone number.
1. Press the Home Key > > > Settings > Call settings > Call forwarding.
2. Tap an available option (Always forward, Forward when busy, or Forward when
unanswered) to enable it, or tap Cancel All Forwarding to disable it.

Setting Voice Privacy
This option allows you to enable enhanced privacy mode.
1. Press the Home Key > > > Settings > Call settings > Additional settings.
2. Check Voice privacy to enable this feature.
Setting Plus Code Dialing
Plus Code Dialing allows the phone to automatically dial the international access code for
your location when you press and hold the 0 Key in the dialer.
To activate Plus Code Dialing:
1. Press the Home Key > > > Settings > Call settings > Additional settings > Plus
code dialing setting.
2. Check Setup Plus Code Replacement to replace + with the international dialing code.
To change the international dialing code:
1. Press the Home Key > > > Settings > Call settings > Additional settings > Plus
code dialing setting > Replace Code of Plus Code.
2. Enter a new code and tap OK.
Blocking Certain Calls
Call blocking allows you to block calls and messages from certain numbers.
1. Press the Home Key > > > Settings > Call blocking.
2. Tap ADD A NUMBER.
3. Enter the phone number or tap
4. Tap BLOCK.
NOTE: To unblock a number, go to the Call blocking menu, tap
number, and tap UNBLOCK.
