10.2 Before First Use

The battery is fully charged when leaving the factory, but it should be fitted to the lamp and recharged prior to use.

Remove the battery compartment cover (on the top of the test lamp).

Fit the battery so that its terminals are making contact with the lamp terminals.

Refit the battery cover.
Attach the charging unit and charge the battery for ≅4 hours (6 hours max.).

away if the battery is completely discharged.

10.3 Test Lamp Operation

10.4 Battery Charging and Storage:

Recharge the battery after prolonged use.

Recharge batteries every 3 months when in storage. Failing to do so will reduce battery life.

Store the test lamp and batteries in a cool, dry, ventilated place.

Do not allow the storage temperature to fall below 4 °C as this will reduce battery life.
