The engin e oil is fed by the oil pump to the
eng,ine. The amount o f oil fed to it is regu
lated by engine speed and the oil pump con
trol lever which is contro l led by the amou nt
of thrott l e open ing.
Check the o i l pump in the fol lowing manner
to confirm correct operation for a l l throttl e
valve opening positions.
