Veh icles should be i nspected after a certain period of runn ing for wear of parts, ca rbon deposits,
e l ongated ca bles, etc. I nspections should be m ade peri odica l l y and defects should be repaired or
adjusted beforehand to p revent trouble a n d p ro long the motor c ycle's service l i fe.
I nspect a n d adjust the vehicle as i ndicated be l ow.
NOTE:
More frequent mai ntenan ce may be performed on motorcycles that are used in an extreme
severe condition.
