Questions and answers
We have a Quest 506 Dehumidifier and the unit is about 10 degrees higher on the unit than our other quest smaller dehumidifier. Is there a way to recalibrate the unit so it is the same humidity level as the other one?
To recalibrate the Quest Engineering 506 Dehumidifier to match the humidity level of a smaller Quest dehumidifier, adjust the external remote humidistat connected to the 24V terminal block. The humidistat sends a 24VAC signal to control the fan or fan and compressor. Use the same humidistat settings or type as used with the smaller unit to match humidity control. No internal calibration method is described.
