2.3.2 Submask

"Submask" is the submenu of "TCP/IP", which set the submask of the monitor.
User is able to set submask with rotating the encoder switch clockwise or counter-clockwise. For setting
next digit push the encoder switch.

"Gateway" is the submenu of "TCP/IP", which set the gateway of the monitor.
User is able to set gateway with rotating the encoder switch clockwise or counter-clockwise. For setting
next digit push the encoder switch.
