ing or ambiguous boundary lines, for exam‐
ple in areas where there are road works.

If boundary lines are covered by snow, ice,
dirt or water.

On sharp bends or narrow roads.
▷
If the boundary lines are not white.
▷
If boundary lines are obscured.
▷
If the vehicle is moving too close to the ve‐
hicle ahead.
▷
With bright light from oncoming traffic.
▷
When the windscreen in front of the interior
mirror is covered with condensation, dirt,
stickers, labels, etc.
▷
During the calibration process of the camera
immediately after the vehicle is supplied.
Camera
The camera is in the area of the base of the mir‐
ror.
Keep the windscreen clean and clear in the area
in front of the rear view mirror.

Dynamic brake lights
Principle
▷
Normal braking: brake lights illuminate.
▷
Severe braking: brake lights flash.
Shortly before the vehicle comes to a standstill,
the hazard warning system is activated.
Deactivating the hazard warning system:

Press the accelerator.
▷
Press the hazard warning system button.
