(1) Lift the top clamp up
Top clamp
Adjust a top clamp as follows:
Lift the clamping lever (19.1) up. Press down the top leg lock board (19.2), use either
suitable spanner or hexagon box wrench to tighten the screw (19.3) (as shown in Fig 14).

a hexagon bow wrench (Clcokwise)
