Navigate to Setting > Terminal Info> Information in order to check for the detail of the terminal.
You may need to supply this information when contacting your service provider.
Event Logs and Error Logs
Navigate to Setting > Terminal Info> Logs to view the Event Log of Error Log of the terminal.
Click Export all Logs in order to export the logs.
Call Log and Data Log
Navigate to Setting > Terminal Info> Call Log to view the Call Log and Data Log of the terminal
Click Export all Logs in order to export the logs.
