Using the Tamper

The tamper is a optional tool to help blend very thick and/or frozen mixtures. Use the tamper to remove trapped air bubbles if mixture
stops circulating, or to move ingredients from jar corners into the blade. ONLY use the tamper with the jar lid in place.

Rotate control knob to (OFF)
before removing filler-cap and
inserting tamper. Once inserted,
blender can be turned on.

Remove filler-cap.

Insert tamper into hole in lid.

Place one hand on top of the
lid and use the tamper to move
thick mixtures around in blender
jar. Point the tamper toward
the sides or corners of the
container. Do not try to force the
tamper deeper into the container
and closer to the blades.
