Note the touch-pad cable routing and remove the cable from the touch pad.

Lift the latch and disconnect the keyboard cable from the keyboard daughter-
board.

Peel off the tape that secures the keyboard cable to the system board.

Slide the latches and disconnect the keyboard cable from the system board.
