Removing
the
assembly only (See Fig.28 and 29)
REFERENCE:
The
CDR
detachable without removing the CDR
mechanism cover.
Prior to performing the following procedure, remove
the metal cover, the front panel assembly and the
main board.
1.
Disconnect the card wire from connector CN702 and
CN703 on the CDR connection board on the right
side of the body.
2.
Disconnect the wire from connector CN507 on the
CD servo board.
3.
Remove the three screws O on the upper side of the
body.
4.
Move the CDR mechanism assembly in the direction
of the arrow, inside of the CDR mechanism cover, to
disengage it from the three joint bosses marked j.
Then pull out the CDR mechanism assembly toward
the front (See Fig. 25 to 27).
CAUTION:
When reassembling, set the wire extending
from the back of the CDR mechanism board
on the side of the CDR mechanism cover
(marked k) as shown in Fig.26 before
reattaching the CDR mechanism assembly.
Removing the CD servo board
Prior to performing the following procedure, remove
the metal cover, the front panel assembly, the main
board, the rear panel, the tuner
mechanism cover.
Disconnect the card wire from connector CN504 and
