To make a call by dialing:
1.
Press
Home

Enter a phone number using the phone keypad. (If
you make a mistake while dialing, tap
the numbers.)
3.
Tap

"Roaming Guard" on page 95.)
4.
When you are finished, tap
You can also place calls from your device by using
your Contacts (page 34), Call log listings (page 57),
and Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) (page 69).

Dialing Options

When you enter numbers on the phone keypad,
additional dialing options may be available by pressing

: to add the number to the Contacts

: to insert a two-second pause.
Add 2-sec pause
: to insert a wait pause.

Answering Calls

1.
Make sure your device is on. (If your device is off,
incoming calls go to voicemail.)
On the incoming call screen, flick the Answer 

Your device notifies you of incoming calls in the following
ways:
The device rings or vibrates.
The indicator light flashes.
The screen displays an incoming call message.
If the caller is listed in your Contacts, the contact's
name appears. You may also see the caller's phone
number, if available.
You may also select one of the following options:
Press the volume button to mute the ringer.
Flick the Ignore icon
voicemail box.
Flick the Ignore & Text icon
send a message to the caller. (The display will show
the Lock screen when selected. Flick
the screen and follow the onscreen prompts to
complete.)
