13. Display the Measurement Setup dialog
box by choosing Measurement from the
Setup menu.
14. Click the Select Meas button and select
Pulse-Timing > Delay.
15. Click the Source 1 button and do the
following:
a. Click the Source tab and set Source
1 to M1.
b. Click the Region tab and set the Slope
to +/-.
