In
order
to
press
out
the
ou.ter
race of the needle bearing from
the
cas
in
g, hea
t
the

to 75-90°C and,
using
a
lift
er
TIP
-136
1,
remove the bearing ra ce.
To
press
out the casing
bushing which is
used as a
n
outer
race
of
the roller bearing
of
the
driven gea
r
hub, first
heat
t he
cas
ing
up to 75-90°C.
After
repairing
a
nd
assembling the
m
ain
drive,
in
case
replace-
ment
of the gea rs
has
been car
ri ed
out, check
the backlash
in th
e
gearing. The
back lash
is
set
by placing
ad
ju
sting
washers
between
the
ball
bear
ing
of
driven
gear
hub
and
th
e cas
in
g cover.

Prior to
