Action:
All 16 logical units are flagged as not openG
The logical unit map is cleared. Memory
is allocated at the top of the available
space for each map, and the maps are read
in from the disk. A flag word is constructed
indicating which drives are ready.
Possible errors:
Disk SECTOR, SEEK, or DATA TRANSFER errors
(C4, CS, or C6). The initialization is not
completed if one of these occur.
INSUFFICIENT MEMORY (code DA) - There was
insufficient memory available to fulfill
one or more of the requests for space for
the allocation maps.
