196cc 4 Stroke Petrol Lawn Mower

Assembly

WARNING: Stop the engine and unplug the spark plug before any
repairs or maintenance operations.
WARNING: DO NOT attempt to start this mower without first adding
0.5L of SAE 10W/30 engine oil to the Engine.
WARNING: Do Not attempt to start this mower without the mower
first being FULLY assembled.
It is necessary to fit the lower handle (9), upper handle (1), and catcher (43).

Attaching the Lower Handles

NOTE: When preparing for this assembly, remove the upper and lower
handle bars from the box ensuring the cables do not become tangled or
crossed over. Damage to the cables can affect performance of the engine.
After removing from the packaging box, lay the handles in position for
assembly as shown in Fig A. The self propel variable speed cable (4), and the
self propel engagement cable (5) need to be aligned down the left hand side
of the handles. The key start battery system charging cable (6) needs to be
aligned down the right hand side of the mower. Ensure during assembly all
the cables are laid above the handles not on the underside of the handles.
NOTE: The cable holder clip (13), will hold the self propel variable speed
cable (4), and the self propel engagement cable (5) in place after assembly.
NOTE: The key start battery system
charging cable (6) is already held in
position to the upper handle bar
with 4 cable clips, as indicated by
the arrow.
