Problem
The 'ready to
flash' light
doesn't light up
when I place the
attachment on
my skin, but the
cooling fan works.
The 'ready to
flash' light blinks
orange slowly but
the device does
not produce a
flash when I press
the flash button.
I cannot increase
or decrease the
light intensity
settings/The
intensity lights
and the 'ready to
flash' light are all
on.
The device
produces a
strange smell.
Possible cause
The overheat
protection has
been activated.

removed the hairs

Solution
When the overheat
protection has been
activated, the fan still
works. Do not switch off
the device, but let it cool
down for approx. 15
minutes before you
continue to use it.
To reset the device, switch
it off and switch it on again.
