ADJUSTMENT
LCD Section
1.
Confirm the power supply voltage. Input signal : 10-steps
wave It measures with an oscilloscope.
VCOM-DC Check
- Confirm the TPAC voltage is peak to peak 5.6V.
- If TPAC voltage isn't peak to peak 5.6V, adjust R66
and adjust R68 so that between R66 and C72 voltage is
-1.1V to center.
Radio Section
2.
Confirm the power supply voltage. Input signal : 10-steps
wave It measures with an oscilloscope, signal generator
and so on.
Adjustments S-meter
Set SG output to 25dBuV/emf. Adjust R58 so that TP130
voltage is 2V.
Adjustments FM SD
- After 2-1 process, connect a probe of oscilloscope to
pin22 of the tuner first.
- Connect 5.6Kohm to the space between pin25 and
pin20 of the tuner.
- Set SG output to 28dBV/emf and frequency to 98.0MHz
or 98.1MHz.
- Adjust FM SD of the tuner pack(CET-8400) for making
the waveform displayed on oscilloscope to HI and
horizontal.(Refer to the below figure.)
- Finally reject 5.6Kohm connected between pin25 and
pin20 of the tuner.

- Finally reject 5.6Kohm connected between pin25 and
pin20 of the tuner.
Adjustments AM SD
- After 2-1 process, connect an probe of oscilloscope to
pin22 of the tuner first.
- Connect 5.6Kohm to the space between pin25 and
pin20 of the tuner.
- Set SG output to 33dBV/emf and frequency to 999KHz
or 1000KHz.
- Adjust AM SD of the tuner pack(CET-8400) for making
the waveform displayed on oscilloscope to HI and
horizontal. (Refer to the above figure.)
- Finally reject 5.6Kohm connected between pin25 and
pin20 of the tuner.
