11.1

Input Status Error

Place the
2 controller in the Stop mode. Cycle the power to the equipment connected to the
input terminals and check if the input status is displayed correctly. If it is not correctly
displayed, check the points below.

Output Status Error

Place the
2 controller in the Stop mode. Force the outputs ON/OFF and check the operation
of the outputs. Check that the program is written to perform per the desired results.

Notes on use
Perform the forced ON/OFF operations only after thoroughly checking that it is safe to do
so. Damage to the machine or controller or a safety issue could arise if the forced ON/OFF
is performed inappropriately.
If proper precautions are not taken, damage to the equipment or machine failure may occur.
1) Check the wiring for the power supply and the outputs.
2) Check if the equipment used for the outputs corresponds to the specification in section 4.4
in this manual.
