Power Control

You can power on, power off, and power cycle a target server through the
outlet(s) it is connected to.
This power control button is enabled only when the power control
requirements are met.
Power control requirements:
On the KX III KVM switch, a PDU's outlet(s) must be associated with
•
the selected KVM port.
• The user credentials you entered for the KVM switch grant you the
power control permission.
See the KVM switch's user documentation for more information.
To power on, off or power cycle the target server:
1. Click to select a power control option.
Power On: Turns ON the server.

Power Off: Turns OFF the server.

Power Cycle: Turns OFF and then turns ON the server.

2. Click Yes on the confirmation message.
